Refund policy

Exchanges
If your pair doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size within 72 hours of delivery. The shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box with all packaging.
For all exchanges, the customer covers exchange delivery.
To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp at +234 902 471 6449 with your order number and the size you need. Replacement pairs in stock are sent within 1 to 2 working days. If replacement size is not available you would be given a clear date for delivery after restock roughly within 5 weeks in most cases.

Refunds
We don't offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size. Please use our size guide or message us before ordering if you're unsure. We're happy to help you pick the right size.

Manufacturing faults
If your pair develops a manufacturing fault (sole separation, stitching failure or a defect in the leather) within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll repair or replace it at no cost. If we can't do either, we'll refund you.

Visit or collect
Our studio is at 26 Aina Obe Street, Alapere, Lagos. You're welcome to try on or collect your order by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp to book a time.
